Three Draw Ranch is located approximately 8 miles south of Redvale, CO in San Miguel county. The Ranch offers great views of the La Sal and Abajo Mountains in Utah and the Uncompahgre Plateau in Colorado. The ranch is located 1hr & 45 mins from Montrose CO and 2hr and 30 mins from Grand Junction and Durango CO, all of which have airport service with year-round daily nonstop service is available to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Denver (DEN), and Phoenix (PHX). AREA RECREATION There are limitless opportunities for recreation with close proximity to skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, backpacking, boating, rafting and camping to name just a few. Telluride Mountain Resort is just a quick 1 hour drive away. The ranch lies within a few hour drive from two National Parks, Mesa Verde in Cortez CO and Arches in Moab UT. IMPROVEMENTS. The ranch has a 1500 SF Morton metal building with insulated living quarters and a 8’ x 52’ covered porch. Full bath with shower and a 50 gallon hot water heater.
