Bobbie moved to Durango in ’79 after growing up in Meadville, PA and spending years in Atlanta, GA and Vero Beach, FL. Other than real estate endeavors Bobbie was the Restaurant Manager for Tamarron Resort in the early 80’s. She affiliated with Century 21 here in Durango in ’92 and won many prestigious awards before leaving to open her own office in ’98. She believes in giving back to the community and is involved in many local charities and organizations. Special recognition was received in ’98 when she was named Diplomat of the Year for the Durango Area Resort Association. Since the opening of Bobbie Carll Realty, LLC in ’98 the company has grown to 7 offices located in Durango(2), Bayfield, Forest Lakes, Mancos, Ignacio and Dolores before selling to another local brokerage.  After a year of doing business under another name, Bobbie reopened Bobbie Carll Realty LLC and happily practiced real estate out of her home office until March 1 2013.  Staying ahead of the market, she has now joined forces with Coldwell Banker HH Realtors and is able to offer her clients the power of the Coldwell Banker Franchise behind her, a professional marketing team, and so much more.

Bobbie has sold 2 houses for us, and we've bought 2 with her. All of the categories above are stellar. Her knowledge of the Durango area, residential and land, are long standing and thorough. It is truly amazing how much Bobbie knows in terms laws, procedures and process in the western town with water rights and mineral rights issues, as well as the history of changes as time has gone on. Extremely responsive, and negotiates extremely well, too. Also very realistic about pricing, timing and the actual properties she lists and sells. Outstanding, you cannot go wrong with Bobbie Carll.

I have recommended Bobbie a few times to friends and they have also been quite satisfied. Bobbie stuck with us through a house hunting process that ended up taking years (our fault, not hers), but she always stayed on top of what we were looking for until we found our dream home. She knows this area better than anyone and was able to help with providing information on anything we wanted to know. I bought two lots in 2000 and 2005 using Bobbie as my agent. When I decided to sell the first lot, times were awful so it took a longer time than normal, but Bobbie didn't despair, and it finally has found a new owner. Her patience combined with knowledge of the La Plata market make her a valuable resource whenever you need her services. I highly recommend her.
