Born and raised in the captivating 4 corners area, I am fortunate to call this place home . I have

a deep love and genuine passion for the 4 corners and as a dedicated Realtor in New Mexico

and Colorado, I get the opportunity to share this passion with others as I introduce them to the

beauty and prosperity of the area.

Having personally invested in over 100 long and short term rentals, I understand the benefits

and challenges that come with owning and managing income-generating assets, with a portfolio

of successful properties spanning across New Mexico and Colorado.

Beyond my involvement in real estate, I have played a key role in the foundation and growth of

a thriving Residential construction company. This experience has provided me with a unique

understanding of the construction process, costs and design considerations.

I found Zia4Corners by way of interest in a home listed on Zillow. I was contacted by Shelby about a home I expressed interest and touring in the Farmington area. Being remote in Florida, there was a lot of details needed to move forward with a purchase. Shelby was extremely knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way upon contract. There were so many questions during this process and I was never left un-informed. Shelby was always responsive and became a great friend. She even had a family member survey some potential damage in the home just as a favor. In the end, the home - the sale fail through, but that was due lengthy delays on the seller side. I would highly recommend Shelby and Terry and we will continue to work with them on any future pursuits in the area.

Shelbi Allen helped me tremendously in buying a rental property in Farmington, NM. She was energetic, positive, kind, and always very professional. I felt that she really prioritized my interest as a buyer, effectively negotiating a long list of repair objections I had for the ageing property, and even took time out of a family get-together on a Friday to finalize and submit the objections that were due. She went above and beyond in many other ways too, one time shortening her lunch break to let in contractors who were making important repairs. I would highly recommend Zia4Corners (and Shelbi in particular) to any home buyer. Shelbi is altogether a better realtor than any other I have ever worked with.

We worked with Shelbi Allen, and let me just say first that she was truly amazing. When looking for a home to buy, Shelbi paid close attention to our financial needs, and was careful to choose properties that fit our desires and needs in terms of floor plans and space. Once we found the perfect home, she continued to go above and beyond. Our situation was unique in that we had lots of delays due to buying in a short sale, and some issues with our mortgage loan, and Shelbi advocated for us with both the sellers and the mortgage company. She checked in with us regularly throughout the process, and even sent get well flowers to my daughter at one point (my daughter had injured her wrist in a completely unrelated situation). I cannot recommend Shelbi enough, and I promise she will fulfill all your needs as you look for a home in the four corners area!
